The location was excellent only a 5mins walk to Canguu beach
The birds made noise at 6:30am every morning, but I was up at that time so I wasn't bothered too much.

I really appreciated how clean, tidy, and well-maintained the property was. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and professional. They only asked necessary questions and respected our privacy, which made us feel very comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the breakfast staff were especially kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful and comfortable place to stay.
The rooftop pool area could use some improvement. Although the pool was clean, the surrounding area felt a little neglected. There was also very little protection from the sun, making it uncomfortable to relax there during the day. Adding umbrellas or shaded areas and improving the overall maintenance would make a big difference.

The bedroom and beds were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for reaching a lot of places in Canggu on Scooter. Lot of restaurants nearby. I picked "Breakfast included" option. They restaurant is in a neighbouring building. There is a special limited menu for the hotel's "Breakfast included" option.
The hotel is old and needs an uplift. Bathroom is old and was not properly cleaned. Towels were old and torn.

Location is good. Room is clean. Aircon works.
Poor wifi despite multiple advance requests and reminders before arriving or even before entering room. It was only fixed after I lost two clients, and the staff gave a reluctant apology only after I had to explain basic customer service. No gym either. The discounts are misleading. Rooms are clean with all expected ammenities, but not modern or resort like.
