Having to ask for my room and toilet to be cleaned

Great location, close enough to walk to supermarket, close to tram station. Comfortable beds, but could have had an extra pillow. Very helpful staff at reception.
Not great that rooms only get cleaned every 3 days.

It’s in a suburb ok but , friendly staff, clean and ok. Quick tram connection to central Amsterdam from nearby tram stop. Actually lovely bar in joined on Hotel and lovely Asian style restaurant close by. Yes it’s an Ibis budget but if on holiday it’s comfortable , quiet and fine to get into Amsterdam.
Nothing it’s an Ibis Budget , it does what it says on the tin

Staff were good.
- room unclean. Curtains dirty, marks on all the walls. Dry snot on shower floor🤢
- booked a double room, was given a twin, not the most convenient lay out. Was told free breakfast to make up for this but no one at the hotel could confirm this.
- one pillow per bed, not very comfortable.
-Room amenities consisted of stained plastic table with 2 plastic garden stools.
