The property manager was very helpful and communicative. She met us at the property and gave us the keys, the lay of the apartment, and tips on places to go and delicious local restaurants. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere. Tram 28 passes right by the apartment with a stop only a few steps from the door. There are a few great dinner restaurants closeby and gelato too. Zapata was our favorite restaurant and it's so close! We walked all over and took the public transportation. We loved being across from St Catherine's for easy access to Mass and the beautiful church for praying. It was an easy walk to Chiado and there were beautiful little alleyways all along the street. There were 2 bigger MyAuchan grocery stores within a 5 minute walk and so many little fruit and souvenir shops. The kitchen had a ton of plates and cups and a big fridge and freezer. The company came to clean halfway through our week and we really appreciated their being clean!
We disliked the lack of fresh air. Only one window in the living area could open, one door in the master bedroom (but it opened to the neighbor's balcony, awkward), one window in the second bedroom (onto another neighbor's balcony, awkward), and one in the bathroom which opened again onto others balconies. The dryer doesn't actually dry your clothes, so stick with washing and hanging inside in the sun (remember there's no fresh air to vent them nicely).

Hard to imagine a better location. Tram 28 stops right at the building - takes you to the main sights. The downtown area is a walkable distance.
Grocery stores were also walkable.
Having included garage parking is a huge plus as parking otherwise can be problematic.
The apartment is large. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.
There was initially only lukewarm water. Realized that the temperature set point had been set too low. Once that was adjusted, there was plenty of hot water.

Flecken an Wänden, Betten , Lampenschirmen, verschmutzte Jalousien. wenig Tassen. Beim check- in war schon die Klimaanlage defekt und wurde auch nicht repariert
