We had beautiful views of the beach & the pool from our spacious room. It was lovely to sit in deck chairs facing the ocean & sipping drinks. The new Yazu restaurant had a well stocked bar & the food was excellent.
The bathroom was dated & needed to be upgraded. The clothes storage cupboard was in an unsuitable location & exposed to steam as it was located in the bathroom. The breakfasts were lovely but the restaurant area tended to be overcrowded & noisy.

Very friendly staff, super location, great food.
1. Laundry pick up just did not turn up.
2. Calling '1' for service was of no use. Nobody picked up the phone.

The pool was really cool!
A another massive hotel with rooms that could be better kept and maintained.
