Location, low accommodation price, breakfast and Friendly staff, especially the ever-smiling Francisco, who was always helpful!

Close to the metro, with comfy beds and a decent breakfast. 24/7 reception was handy.
Some rooms had quite pungent smells from drains while others didn't. A little darker than expected, so less light and airy.

I liked how the breakfast was presented and made on time every morning.
I didn't like one of the management daytime staff.

Very good location, good breakfast and good value for the money
A bit bizarre room structure but not a big issue
