The apartment had a great location (very close to the city center) and had a backlot (free) parking that was used by many people outside the building (since you have to pay to park in the city center). Heaters in the apartment were working fine, and we had a terrace to look for outside scenery or the weather.
The apartment had a back entrance, which was really messy and dirty in the outside (because some people were building or fixing something). Floor was making so much noise when walking to the bathroom (at night for example), and I could even hear the apartment next door chatting and when they go to the bathroom too. Kitchenware was not in optimal conditions but was usable. Also, the twin bed was so noisy when sleeping there.

Brilliant central location and very satisfactory area. Parking is just available in front of the entrance door. Comfort of the room was very good too.
As the location is at the crossroads, an upgrade to sound insulated widows would be great. And the chimney of the downstairs resturant can be further extended up as the smell from their kitchen fills into the apartment.
