Lovely location, lovely host
Rooms aren't ensuite, and toiletries aren't readily provided. Though they were when I asked.

Superb heritage property set in a beautiful location
House was very dark, rooms were shut off and it was cold. No communal areas - if there were, I wasn’t shown them or invited to use them. No tea or coffee making facilities available either in my room or made available in the kitchen. Breakfast was basic ( wheetabix, 2 slices of toast with margarine and marmalade) Dogs urinated and defecated in the house.

"Magical historical building, run like an old fashioned B&B- like stepping back in time in the most wonderful way! Communal meals, genuine connection with guests, a feeling of being at home."
