Definitely not worth the price for the service and lack there of a functional swimming pool.

. Lots of potential and lovely décor throughout, Lovely sized bedrooms . Cleaners coming everyday cleaned the entire place and offered fresh towels . Plenty of space and seating area for large groups to socialise . Great size pool when we were able to use it . Lots of outdoor space & and lovely water feature which we had to beg for them to turn on.

. No water in the swimming pool upon arrival, pool was properly usable until the third day of our stay . Quite far from town with no shops nearby for basic essentials . Pool although very nice, not cleaned or filtered properly with little to no chlorine. . Some defects to electricals that can easily be fixed, some sockets came off the wall when pulling out the plugs. . Slippery tiles around pool area that can be quite dangerous for small kids running around. . Many time we had no running water in any of the taps in the property, we had to message the owner to resolve this. . Overall customer service was below expected. . Pool was not properly ready until fourth day in the villa with chlorine, third day with water fourth day with chlorine . Construction workers on the property at random times without anyone being notified. . Lots of cockroaches around the place but this is to be expected I suppose. . Really bad smell in the property on our 5th day the smell didn't go away. . Breakfast was great on the first day and gradually got worse as the days went on. . Villa is not on google maps, it's known as Villa Boudha Marrakesh on google maps Conclusion: would I stay here again? or recommend this Villa? No I would not recommend anyone stay here in it's current state. The villa is not ready for occupation and the owners are trying to make a quick buck out of people whilst they renovate even with guests in the property. I will post a full google review and a trust pilot review with Pictures and videos. Please watch those before booking.
