Room was clean and tidy. Isolated away from traffic noise etc. Felt safe and the whole process was straight forward. Was quickly shown room beside the pub and was given the key cards for room. Simply dropped them into a letter box for check out.

All in one stop shop, with a bonus of wonderful bar and restaurant, friendly and helpful staff.
Constructive criticism was the WiFi in the room was bad to non existent.

It was a nice room and clean enough
The walls are very thin. My wife and I were woken up at 5:30 am by a full-volume conversation happening on the other side of our wall. The door to that room was marked "Private" so I can only assume this was staff. The noise continued until past 7 am, so we had an unwelcome very early morning.
