Reviews

9 / 10

Clean apartment, easy key collection, and a convenient location with nearby parking.

Everything was great, the apartment was clean and well-maintained. Key collection was smooth and hassle-free, and the location is very convenient, with parking available nearby.

6 / 10

We paid cleaning fees for both bookings, but the apartment was never cleaned and no basic supplies were provided.

We booked the apartment for two nights and then extended our stay by booking one additional night. We were charged a cleaning fee for both bookings. However, after the first two nights, the apartment was not cleaned. We were also not provided with toilet paper or trash bags. We even asked whether we should check out after the two nights and check in again so they could clean the apartment and provide the supplies, but they told us they would not provide them.

Very Average

The apartment is right in front of a bus stop so that is comfortable and 10 min from the Lagazpi Metro station. The washroom was clean. The sofa in the living room looked really old and dirty. There was a certain stench in the living room prolly because it was closed for a while(not sure). All of us had back pain after sleeping on those beds. Also I got a message on the day saying that all guests must be more than 25 years of age which is nowhere mentioned in the T&C. This was a totally ridiculous clause cause if you are travelling with young kids, where on earth would you find a place in the last moment

7 / 10

Good

The location was really good.

There was a strong smell of Tabaco while non of us is a smoker. One of the beds was really uncomfortable.

Las camas son muy cómodas

La nevera hace bastante ruido y el aire acondicionado no enfría mucho, supongo que con limpieza de filtros se solucionaría
