Single family home with ocean view close to Old Garden Beach and Bearskin Neck. Sleeps eight on large spacious property. Feel, see and hear the magic of summer breezes while you drift away. Your family will be entranced by the atmosphere that this special home has to offer. Weekly rental from Saturday 5PM to Saturday Noon. This is a family neighborhood. Recent upgrades include AC and shower. Plenty of deck space for entertaining. Four off-road parking spaces.

Great place close to the water and village. The house itself is a fun mix of traditional and more modern with comfy beds and all that was needed. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, state park and Gloucester is just down the road.

The house was perfect for our family and the location was great. The yard was much larger than expected we loved sitting out looking down to the water. The neighbors were also quite friendly.

Love the property, neighbors and location! Dishes were a little lacking. Definitely could use some more bowls. Eating space was small as well. We have a family of 8 and the table sat 6 but only had 5 chairs. Overall the house is a beautiful 1900’s house! I love that it is an older house that still has its character and charm!

Property is very tired.Low functionality. Mattress newer and better than expected, based on visual appearance of house.Good location if you want to be in Rockport
