Location, cleanliness, good communication and instructions for self-service. Never saw the staff as checking is done online and door codes provided on detailed email. This means your cell phone must have internet service the day before and they you arrive. It was convenient to arrive and go directly to the room.

Basic breakfast provided in a different location about 7 mins walk. Check-in app requires patience.
