The Tower House is a quirky b&b, with a very kind owner, who was really happy to help if necessary. Breakfast- freshly cooked omelette was delicious. There were lovely views of the river, from the verandah, and a nice secluded courtyard area for parking. The fabric of the old tower house was nicely integrated, and the rooms were warm and comfortable. Any visitors should absolutely book a table at Tabu, the tapas restaurant just one street away, and Green Spice across the road Ifs we’ll worth a visit too.
Slightly better outside lighting for returning on dark evenings perhaps. The courtyard area was a little dark requiring time to adjust sight on passing through the archway.

We were kart racing so breakfast was too late for us . Cups for tea in rooms had no handles to hold hot cup

Good breakfast a lot of variety and substantial.
Friendly welcome attentive host
Good to park on site
Nice to have tea and coffee hair dryer etc
Proximity of toilet to basin sink - not much room
Noisy from guests in room above could hear them stomping about .

Breakfast was fantastic
Rooms were tiny. Literally could not sit on toilet without hitting my knees on the sink. Very sparse accommodation

"The owner was so considerate and helpful. He was very welcoming and couldn't do enough whether it be recommendations or even warming milk for my 2 year old. The breakfast was simple and great with eve..."
