It had great fire escape arrangements, with ropes in every room. They gave slippers and a refrigerator. It was easy to store Soju. And the reception was very efficient in summoning taxis when asked.
Why are we being forced to say something negative about a place that we perfectly liked. It is a a great place. Wonderful views of the city.

The breakfast was quite good, with a lot of variety provided. The service was also very good with staff very helpful. The location of the property in very good because it has lots of eateries and coffee shops nearby.
There was no water bottle in the room when I checked in. There was a fire alarm that went off on the morning of 6th September and the announcements were in Korean. It would be great if some announcements were also made in English. It was a false alarm and the staff member came to the floor to reassure that it was a false alarm.
