Its a lovely setting, nice bar and restaurant. There is ample parking. The location is great as you're close to the bypass and the motorway.
For the price I expected more. The room we booked was sold as a 'Family Room' and supposedly sleeps 4! Well unless they're hanging upside down in the wardrobe not sure where you'd put 4 people! The bed for my child was an old, hammock style camp bed and was insanely uncomfortable! No bedding was provided for it, and there weren't enough towels for us all either! The paint around the window was peeling and the radiator had grubby top protector on it. Its pegged as 4 star accommodation but sadly im not sure it is.

Location.
Beer priced at a ridiculous £6.50 a pint! Full English Breakfast was £12.50 but got charged over £20 because coffee was extra. Room was clean but very basic.
