The best choice to come here! Gregory is the greatest host, very organized- he sent pictures of the area to help us get there easily, helpful, kind and a good communicator as he answered promptly to all our needs including facilitating early check in and late check out. He welcomed us with delicious homemade cinnamon cookies, refreshments and water and he made a huge surprise: since we came here to celebrate our son’s birthday he offered him the studio above our apartment completely for free. The properties are located so close to the main attractions, we could walk to the Acropolis and Monastiraki and Syntagma, the neighborhood is very quiet with many shops and nice taverns around. Both the properties- the apartment and the studio are very clean and fully equipped, warm and cozy. We really enjoyed our staying here. We strongly recommend these properties from all our heart! Thanks again Gregory for making our vacation memorable!

Wyposażenie apartamentu zgodne z opisem. Doskonała lokalizacja; w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru większość atrakcji turystycznych miasta, gastronomia, transport miejski, sklepy. Bardzo cicha okolica, super wygodne łóżko i poduszki gwarantują wypoczynek po całym dniu atrakcji. Kontakt z Gregorym przez WhatsApp bliski ideału. Wszystkie przesyłane instrukcje były bardzo czytelne, jedzenie w poleconych tawernach przepyszne. Dziękujemy bardzo za grecką gościnność i możliwość przedłużenia pobytu o kilka godzin.
Część wyposażenia kuchni wymaga już wymiany ze względu na zużycie, dla nas to jednak nie był żaden mankament. Przy tych cenach i pysznościach na mieście chyba nikt nie zamierza tracići czasu w kuchni, lepiej go przeznaczyć na smakowanie grackich klimatów😉

Gregory est un hôte exceptionnel, d'une grande disponibilité, nous ne le remercierons jamais assez pour son aide suite à une mésaventure.
L'emplacement est formidable, à proximité de l'Acropole et du quartier de Plaka.
L'appartement est parfait pour visiter Athènes en quelques jours.

Water pressure were very good and air conditioning working properly. Prompt response and instructions provided by Gregory.
We chose this property based on its high rating and reviews on Booking.com. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.
Bathroom: The shower drainage was extremely poor. Water did not drain properly and spread across the entire bathroom floor. During every shower, we had to use a mop to dry the floor just to finish the shower and be able to use the bathroom.
Property location: Nowhere in the property description was it mentioned that the studios apartment was located on the basement floor. This is important information that should be clearly stated before booking.
Kitchen cleanliness: The kitchen was not properly cleaned. Even the plates had food residue from previous guests, and the grill , coffee machine, kettle was also not clean and this is just a simple thing you need for the morning routine.
Bedding: No quilts were provided.
Privacy: The living room had see- through curtains, and no blinds etc., making us feel uncomfortable due to the lack of privacy.
Distance to the metro: The nearest metro station is approximately an 11-minute walk away, with half way an uphill route that can be inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage.
The property did not meet the standards we expected based on its Booking.com rating. Basic cleanliness, properly functioning bathroom facilities, privacy, and an accurate property description.
