Great stay in modern, clean, well run hotel in handy location for public transport but also close to River Thames. Efficient and helpful reception staff. I paid for an upgrade to a corner balcony room, which was well worth it. Fabulous en suite shower room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and friendly, efficient staff.
There was a party/reception on my level but rooms seem well insulated for noise, so not an issue. Cooked breakfast food could have been a bit hotter.

The breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful and friendly ! We we able to get our breakfast at our own leisure and the only preference would be fresh coffee rather than a coffee machine .

Breakfast choices were good and the staff especially Kerry were very helpful and polite. Front Desk staff were also great
The water was leaking outside the shower guard, so the floor got all wet. Bedroom slippers in the room would have been nice for the price paid
