Everyone was extremely kind and helpful.
There were a few technical issues with the fire alarm which made me wake up very scared middle of the night and it happened a few more times during other days. It wasn’t bad but as an F&B hotel manager I know how scary this can be to a guest and I’d expected at least an explanation or an apology.

We had a wonderful stay at Baan Tanwa! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Great value for money and a convenient location. We would happily stay here again!

The sala full of Oriental antiques. Clean efficient room next to outdoor market.
The street is not conducive for walking. Acoustics in halls.

Rooms were fresh and clean.
Cleaners do a great job.
Reasonably priced, close to food market and places to eat.
Close to train station, about 20min to Bangkok Center on this.
The dogs, my son was bitten on his ankle by one as he went in to hand passport on check in. And they do poo around the pool/seating for food area.
No interaction from staff, just handed key and told “601” we did attempt to make conversation throughout the stay but gave up after a few failed attempts. We felt like we was in there way as we sat by the pool.
No real seating area by pool just a couple of chairs.
