We only stayed for one night in this disgusting apartment before moving out to find alternative accommodation.

Nothing to like. It was disgusting

I did not like the fact we had to sleep there for one night. It was filthy dirty The walls were in terrible condition with plaster and paint flaking off The lamps above the bed were hanging off the wall and broken The electrical appliance was burnt out and dangerous The shower was filthy dirty with thick grim around the bottom of the door and inside the shower cubicle and the showerhead leaked. Also, a dirty soap dispenser was in view in the bathroom. The window locks were broken The towel rail was broken The wardrobe door had fallen off its runner and was left propped up against a wall When we arrived, the beds were not made and we were forced to sleep on a dirty mattress There was no toilet paper left for us to use We were unable to use the balcony as the door was broken The curtains were filthy dirty and hanging off the hooks We were we were forced to use plastic utensils. THE APARTMENT WAS IN SUCH DISGUSTING CONDITION. WE MOVED OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY AND FOUND ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION AT FURTHER EXPENSE TO OURSELVES. The owner made contact with us via WhatsApp a few days later to ask how we were getting on in his apartment. We sent him a list of all of the issues that we had encountered along with photos he accepted there was a problem which he said he intended to resolve in the meantime he asked us not to make contact with Booking.com or make any negative reviews to ensure that he could still rent the apartment out to others When we complained to him, he acknowledged these issues and said that remedial work would be carried out. However, we heard from other owners in Palm beach that this issue had been continuing for a number of years and no remedial work had ever been carried out. On our return from holiday, we immediately contacted Booking.com and told them of the serious issues, including the unsafe electrics where one of us had received an electric shock. Booking.com contacted the owner who then refused any of the claims that we had made.

Although there is a great pizza restaurant in the building there is not much else at the resort.
