The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was responsive via email, was very easy to check in and out contactless.
It feelt more like renting apartment than a hotel room, in this particular case it was stated on the listing that the place has breakfast option and since i was on a very tight schedule time-wise i counted on it and in the end there was no option.
This would not be a big problem if the listing stated it so i would have chosen another place, the issue i have is the place advertising as a hotel with all it’s amenities but in the end it only offers a room to stay in.

We had a friendly reception and easy communication. It’s a great little hotel not far from the station, with an easy walk into the centre. Everything works super well.
Quite a few stairs to the upper floors!

Beautiful large room. Lovely shower. We were able to leave our bags earlier and they were put in our room
The problem was that there are major roadworks happening right outside. The road is a mess and they started at 0700. The whole building was shaking! We weren't aware of this when we booked, hence the very mixed review
