Value, comfort and staff particularly Ashley who was lovely and helpful
Some of the customers but no fault of the hotel

The room (Room 1) was nicely equipped, clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was good, and the young lady serving very friendly and efficient. I didn't have any other meals there. All of the staff were friendly and helpful even though the pub was quite busy when I checked in.
There is no parking on site other than a time-limited loading bay outside. If you're not very fit or mobile you might want to book a ground floor room, as some of the stairs are steep and narrow.

Good food for evening meal. Very good shower in the room. Helpful and pleasant staff
Extremely poor quality breakfast. Scrambled egg dried up and tasteless. Sausage was unpleasant and looked very cheap.
