We had a great stay in Casa Giorgia! The apartment is in a great location, next to the station and out of the hustle and bustle of the old town but just 5 minutes down to the beach. There was no noise from the station at night which was great and easy parking (10 euros per day) in the train station car park which is by far the cheapest in the area, which our host thankfully directed us to. The place was amazing value for money particularly given the location and has a sunny balcony overlooking La Rocca! Would stay again.
The bathroom had a strong sewer smell at times (we noticed another reviewer mention this recently) and the shower didn’t drain well. Hopefully nothing some drain cleaner can’t fix!

Die Lage zur Altstadt.
Laut Beschreibung wird mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen in der Nähe geworben. Es gibt zwar wenige um den nahegelegenen Bahnhof, aber einen zu bekommen ist Glücksache. Man sollte eher mit 10€ pro Tag für einen Parkplatz rechnen und dies auch in der Beschreibung so kommunizieren.

Дуже привітна господиня, яка зустріла і розповіла всі нюанси по квартирі. В квартирі є абсолютно все необхідне для життя. Вся техніка справна. Хоча моє бронювання не передбачало сніданків, в квартирі було все, щоб приготувати легкий сніданок з кавою чи чаєм. Також був необхідний базовий набір продуктів, включаючи сіль, масло, спеції, макарони і рис. Багато різноманітного посуду і кухонного приладдя. Ми переважно готували самостіно і це було зручно. Особливо мене вразило, що були навіть пергаментний папір, фольга і харчова плівка. Просто супер!
Ліжко зручне, шкаф вмісткий, праска без підпалин.
Автомобіль я паркувала на паркінгу залізничної станції за 10 євро на добу. Це 150 метрів від квартири. Шуму від станції в квартирі не чутно взагалі.
До пляжу іти хвилин 8-10. Безкоштовних пляжів достатньо.
Сильно чути звуки з сусідної квартири, але, оскільки це спокійні працюючі люди і вони весь день були на роботі, то факт недостатньої звукоізоляції якихось суттєвих проблем не створював.

Három főnek pont ideális , tágas szoba, kényelmes,ágyazható kanapé, felszerelt konyha, terasz. Központi helyen található ezért minden kényelmes séta távolságra van. A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész.
A vasút közelsége miatt kicsit zajosabb, de meg lehet szokni .
