We chose it cos it’s very near the bus terminal we need for our 5.30am bus to Kamikochi. Room is small but comfy just for a night stay. Check in smooth, staffs friendly and spoke English.
A bit difficult to find the entrance and lift to the hotel.

4. Free onsen
5. Plenty of Amenities

The sleeping pots were spacious and gave a significant level of privacy. The bath was large, clean and overall very well maintained. The location is superb.
The beds are rather hard and as there are over 60 sleeping capsules in one room it does get a little crowded.

The close walk to the train station. The friendly staff. Clean.
Unfortunately I think the air conditioning was turned off or was not going during the night as when we went to bed it was cooking. Had to have my portable fan going all night. No clothes on or blanket.woke up several times just too hot. It was so hot and it felt like I was suffocating. When I woke up in the morning it was a bit more comfortable as the air conditioning was going. I think the Day staff came in and we're like oh we didn't turn it on last night and turned it on. We didn't get any explanation either or apologies
