i like the style of the rooms, others may feel that the lighting is insufficient but it's a vibe. Size of room also good. Location isn't central but you can get to places quite easily. Online checkout is nice too.
generally room staff could do a better job cleaning the room; the ADE prices are extortionate; breakfast was so-so.

Inciting and warm ambiance. Very clean. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the metro station.
It was a bit of a distance from the center of the city. But that could be an asset bc you can get a good night’s sleep.

Loved the hotel, spacious, clean, excellent staff.
A bit far from city center.

Gorgeous hotel with amazing ambience and well thought out design elements. Very comfortable, and firm, bed. A welcome drink was offered, which is always a nice touch. Bikes available, a journey into central Amsterdam is an enjoyable 15 minute cycle.
No room service for basic amenities available out of hours. I understand that the main desk needs to be manned, but this lack of small service i.e. a request for chilled tap water at midnight, felt at odds with the price paid.
