The view, especially from the very pleasant garden.
Easy parking
Large and spacious apartment in an elegant building. Would be good for six people (though only one shower/toilet room)
No human contact. The operators use a AI assistant to answer queries. Sort of worked. (I asked for a drying rack, AI assistant said it didn't understand). An hour later a drying rack turned up.
The location is somewhat car dependent. The apartment is only 800m from the beach and town, but is 180m higher.
Some of the fixtures need maintenance, especially the external shutters which blow about in the wind.
No aircon. It was fine in September, when outside was 25C to 30C, but I wouldn't like to be there in a July heat wave.
