The staff were welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an ocean-view room, which provided beautiful views. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the location offered easy access to both the beach and numerous restaurants and shops.
The memory foam mattress was not entirely to our liking, although many guests may prefer that style of bed. We also experienced unusually cool, windy, and occasionally rainy weather for the time of year in Crete, which limited our enjoyment of the excellent beach and pool facilities. Unusual weather for Crete in early October.

Right on a beautiful sandy beach, the staff were all so so friendly and it was incredibly clean everywhere.
The mattress was a little on the firm side, could have done with a mattress topper

Great location: multiple supermarkets (and of course restaurants) within minutes on foot, frequent local bus to Chania stops almost right in front thus no taxi/car needed, nice and long beach with the hotel directly on the best part of it. Very clean, with a very kind, attentive and helpful staff. A bit away from the street towards the beach so garden rooms looking away from the sea are not directlyx on the main road either. Decent pool if anyone needs it.
Just a fact: nothing to do apart from the beach/pool (no ping-pong, darts, billiard etc). Not that we missed it, even in the exceptionally bad weather we were rather unfortunate to encounter that particular week :) Also, if you are looking for breakfast or half board this is not your place. Again, we could not care less :)
