We picked this place because we wanted to drive around Tbilisi and beyond, and it worked perfectly. It's on the edge of the city, but only a 10-minute walk to the metro, getting onto the highway towards the Alazani Valley is easy — and there's free parking, which made everything painless.
Mirab, the owner, is the reason we now know what real Georgian hospitality feels like — he genuinely enjoys sitting down with his guests like old friends over a glass of wine. In terms of comfort and service the hotel easily deserves 4 stars: spotlessly clean, everything new and actually working, towels changed every day, and a proper filling breakfast. Honestly, no complaints at all.

the hotel was a good solution for the night before my plane back. maybe not the place to spend couple of days, but as a transit solution was ok. the plus was its location nearby the metro station. oh, and there is a grocery store right in front of the hotel
there was a pretty noticeable smell of cigarettes in my room

Staff is very friendly and informative. Comfortable and clean beds. Water is safe to drink from the taps. Very safe location.
Everything was fine.

The staff was very friendly, good location near to the airport bus.
The breakfast has nothing to do with the pictures, it was not a rich breakfast, the staff did not know English and we waited for the breakfast to be prepared....
