The staff at the breakfast area were very friendly and courteous, especially Nizam and other restaurant staff and managers. The food was nice and filling.
The pool was a nice size and the gym & spa were good.
The housekeeping staff gave lots of water and coffee and replenished the shower gel etc. They were also very polite.
It is located close to the old town and was a reasonable price.
The room had a bit of a damp smell. Staff did try and help to spray it, but it seemed fairly ingrained; we noticed it every time we came back, although we did adjust fairly quickly.
The coffee area / cafe was a nice environment but pricey. With additional taxes etc, 2 hot chocolates came to about 7 rials - £14!
The cushions in the pool area are a bit tired and worn

Staff was grast and especially the front desk manager Irshad - great people.
The Window in the room is quite small

Facilities (pool and gym were excellent), room size and room facilities good.
Bed was creaky and unstable. Room was a little dated.

Location
Customer service at the reception meet and greet not good , did not explain about the room , buffet breakfast mostly Indian style, should mix more menus
