Doesn’t worth the price.

Good location.

There’s a big gap between what you see in the pictures and what the apartment really is. It’s not really suited for 4 people. The extra bed in the second room is not really a bed and the sofa bed is in a pretty bad shape. There’s mold in the bathroom and the apartment lacks basic comfort items like simple hangers for towels in the bathroom. But the real reason for our low rating is the lack of action from the host in addressing those small and easy fixable items. If you read the reviews, you’ll notice that all of them mention the dirty floors. Although the host acknowledges all those issues and answer saying things like “thank you for your positive feedback” and “this is what keeps our team motivated to improve”, the floors are still dirty, and all the small issues other guests pointed out are still there. If you are the guest coming after us and if those items were still not fixed, please don’t reward the host with a good rating, keeping the needed improvement just as suggestions. - mold in the bathroom - no hangers for towels - dirty floors - bed in the second room is not really a bed - sofa bed in bed shape - appliances barely functional - heavily staged images showing a cozy apartment when it really isn’t.

We enjoyed our stay despite noisy night.

Location, space, comfort.

Too noisy neighborhood, especially with soccer world cup events on the nearby square.

Great spot. Amazing location.

Very nice. Great space. Greta amenities. Great location. Sound proofing is amazing. Shower is really good. Lots of hot water. Kitchen space wonderful

No coffee table and needs another living room chair for 4 people to sit comfortably in living area. Floor were dirty. Beds in room with two “twins” actually a trundle bed were not comfortable.

The location was great. Most of the sights to see are within walking distance. Very easy to check in.

Appartment was dirty upon arrival (It wasn't swept or mopped) the 2 single mattresses were not comfortable especially the cambed. Dirty/burned couch and chair in the living room. The kitchen table chairs (6) were all broken. The walls definetely need to be repaired/painted.
