A family run guest house with kind and welcoming hosts! Suan and her sister are lovely and accomodating. They prepared a delicious breakfast for us every morning, supplied free bicycles for my partner and I to explore the town, and cleaned our room daily. I've stayed with them before and would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location, peaceful and breakfast options changed every day.
We were upgraded to a balcony room at no extra charge, nothing was too much trouble.
Easy to get to the beach by grab but also choice of local restaurants

I arrived early, just let my bags at the reception. When I got back they were in my room :)
They also offered me a bike for free to go to the old town.
The personal was very friendly and kind. The rooms were very spacious and clean.

If you're looking for a small, family-run, authentic place to stay just outside the bustling city of Hoi An, this is the place for you. The villa is located a bit outside the city center, but close to the rice fields and just a 10-15 minute bike ride to the beach (or downtown). Bikes are provided free of charge. You can use them to ride to the beach or go on short bike tours. The freshly prepared breakfast is also great: there’s something different every day, plus pancakes, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee or tea. The family also helps plan trips and tours, as well as arrange airport transfers. The villa was one of the best places I stayed during my trip.
