Good location near the subway station, a well-equipped apartment with everything needed for a short stay, nearby local restaurants serving tasty food, and a friendly host who provided clear and helpful instructions upon arrival.
There was basically nothing to complain about during our stay. One small suggestion for the hosts would be to provide hand soap in the bathroom. Although complimentary mini toiletries were available for up to two uses max, having soap in the bathroom would have been a nice addition.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, y es espacioso, las camas son agradables y cómodas. El salón un buen espacio para estar después de un día de turisteo por Roma.
Está cerca del metro de Colli Albani y se accede a Termini en 15 minutos. La comunicación antes del viaje fue buena con los gerentes.
La víspera solicité que la hora de entrada fueran las 13h, pues llegando el avión a Termini a las 12h tenía sentido. El avión se retrasó y avisé de ello antes de despegar. La hora de encuentro en el apartamento fueron finalmente las 14h. Entretanto, me escribió un número diferente (la persona encargada de entregar las llaves) diciendo que dónde estábamos y que si podíamos coger un taxi en lugar del tren en cuyo andén ya estábamos, que tenía más gente esperando. Le indiqué que no podía ser, que ya estábamos en el tren, y que había avisado del retrasto al número que me contactó. Un poco tenso pero tampoco nada loco.
Avisamos de que pagaríamos con cash el tourist tax, que no se puede pagar antes, y no tenía cambio. La mujer tenía prisa y bueno, al final hicimos el pago con algunas moneditas sueltas que rebuscamos. Bien está lo que bien acaba, y esta persona no tiene la culpa de la comunicación que pueda haber fallado.
El desayuno eran cápsulas de café y una Nespresso, que hicieron el apaño, pero de ahí a desayuno... bueno.
El check out a las 10h es un poco demasiado pronto.

The apartment is in the Colli Albani suburb of Rome, about 20 minutes by Uber from Rome Ciampino Airport (£34). It's a few minutes walk from the underground station (tap in with your contactless card), so very easy to access all the major tourist sights in the city and the main Roma Termini station. The local area has loads of restaurants, italian take aways, cafes and supermarkets. For parkrunners, the Caffarella parkrun is in the park a 10 minute walk away.
The apartment is on the third floor of a block; there are many such blocks in the area. It is tastfully furnished to a high standard. Most of the rooms face into a large central courtyard shared with other apartments in the block. At night, with the windows open, you could get a bit of noise from the locals, but we found it okay. The second bedroom has a balcony that faces out on to the street. It's rather small so we didn't use it.
All in all, a great choice of apartment. Happy to recommend!
Minor points - The owners contact you beforehand via WhatsApp to arrange arrival time, key collection, etc. No problem with that, though important to verify that the contact is genuine (i.e. not a scam) via Booking.com before starting a conversation. Also, the owners requested payment of the city tax by bank transfer before arrival, but that carries additional bank charges. So instead we paid by cash on arrival and that seemed okay.
