It was a pleasure to spend time at a locally owned facility such as this, quietly tucked away just a kilometres from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud. The villa is run by friendly, efficient staff who are clearly happy to be there and it shows. We visited with a couple of busy young boys and the young staff were kind and understanding of their needs. The rooms range from rustic and inviting to up to the minute modernity and all are well kept.
I look forward to returning.
The air conditioner in our villa struggled a bit at the hottest point of the day. That said, as the afternoon progressed it was quite adequate.

What a beautiful place. The whole private villa was ours! The pool was perfect. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, so much to choose from and the staff were so friendly and
A strong smell of moth balls in one room, but we soon got used to it. Quite a distance from Ubud and nothing much close by. A grab car was 140,000 to Ubud about $14NZ which is super easy to order.

Location, style, staff
Major building works going on. Noisy and made the pool unuseable
