Location was great, facilities were lovely! Very clean and well managed and the staff were always very helpful!
Just for me I’m used to a softer mattress as it was quite firm but my partner found it fine so I think that’s personal preference really

Clean Rooms and Polite Staffs. Room was cleaned everyday n new toiletries were added. Staff was helpful.
The toilet is open concept. Great for Solo travellers. But if you are just friends, do note that the toilet for deluxe room has no locks or door

Good location for the Gangnam area even though I would not recommend Gangnam for a Seoul visit due to the fact that most of the things are outside this area and long subway or bus rides are required. The cleaning staff is amazing and provided and great service every day!
The official pictures are taken during the good old days of the hotel. Meanwhile it is unfortunately not anymore in such good conditions and could have some maintenance. In addition to that the provided pictures for our room class is missleading since it shows two different rooms. We received first the worse one and had to complain. Rooms are in general more dark than it appears on the pictures.
