This is the perfect place to stay in Cusco. It’s on the pricier side but so worth it. Rooms are beautiful and clean and very well appointed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant is really good.
Nothing at all. It ticks every box.

This hotel was amazing! The room was beautiful and so comfortable. All the staff were so nice and accommodating. We had breakfast to go for 2 nights which they arranged and also arranged our taxis. At night they brought us hot water bottles to warm our beds. Location was in a very cute area - close to main attractions.
Nothing!
