Absolutely perfect location, views were stunning, we were upgraded to an apartment which was amazing! Was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable
On the whole was very clean, few areas of dust.. skirting boards… lamps etc.
wasn’t a fan of the glass tops on the bedside table. It moved about and felt a little unsafe.

Location was fantastic. Place was very clean and staff were really friendly and helpful.
Shower wasn’t the most powerful. The French door to our room didn’t fit properly which we only found out during our first night. Only came to light as we were in the grip of storm Boelo! Sounded like a tornado coming though. Didn’t bother us the second night though

Beautiful room, excellent service from all staff members, delicious breakfast and a really welcoming atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Browns.

Excellent location right on the river and close to the town centre. Super breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Our original room was on the third floor, and the lift had been broken for 2 days. Having climbed to the top in unbearable heat, the room was so hot we couldn’t stay in it. We were offered another room in another part of the hotel which to be fair was a lot better. This room was not as squeaky clean as it might have been with lots of dust around mirrors and base of the fan. The showers was extremely small but good .
