Love this place! It’s convenient to everything—Disney, Disney Springs, ICON Park, and both outlet malls. The on-property waterpark is fabulous. We we at some point almost every day. My grandson loved it. And the on premise pool was fabulous for the kids. The enclosure was well-maintained. It was private and in great shape. The house itself was outstanding and felt like home. It easily accommodated our large family of ten. We were quite fond of the layout. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities including the game room and nice beds. The tubs and shower were in excellent condition, with plenty of towels provided, along with kitchenware. The furniture was well maintained, comfortable, and functional. It made socializing very easy. We haven’t even left yet and my grandson is asking when we can come back. I agreed it was a great place and told him we’d look something similar next time. He said no, he wants this exact place. I can’t blame him. :)We never were able to figure out how the alarm for the pool door worked, but I didn’t ask. The owner likely would have responded, because he was quick to respond to any message I sent. Finally, the value…It was a great value for the price. I highly recommend this home for your Orlando/Kissimmee stay.

The accommodations were amazing … truly amazing!I wish the cleaning team had swept the floors / vacuumed the rugs. We overlooked that aspect and took care of that ourselves because everything else was maintained.Following the owners instructions, check-in and check-out was seamless.Above all, renting this property is the only property we want to use in the future. The proximity to stores, restaurants and the Disney parks could not have been any better.

Hidden fees and a lack of transparency from the owner made this a three star review. The house has potential but is missing the finishing touches in about every room.1. Pool heating and spa heating cost 35 per night. This was not in the original listing. Tom emailed me at 10:30pm the day before our arrival (24 hrs before check in), stating the fees needed to heat per day, would take over 24 hours to heat (meaning the first paid daywas not useful), and that they had the pool heat cost so people could afford to stay in their house even if they could not afford the pool. This was backwards - if you are staying 30 min from Disney in a house with a pool, you are probably seeking a pool in the house. The pool did not heat in time. Tom claimed it's listed in the amenities, but it's only in the after-booking summary, which is, indeed, a hidden fee.2. Hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, and drinking water not included (and barely enough toilet paper). The quality of the water was extremely questionable, and we had to purchase a case of water for our house (and to use for the coffeemaker). The house itself was pretty and nice (other than the king bed with the crinkly, noisy sheet cover), but it was evident the owner wanted to do the bare minimum to get their profits. A little TLC goes a long way, but that motto was not present at this house. We were considering staying again because of all the space and the rooms and the pool, but I will be looking elsewhere.
