Able to book at last minute and late check in.
Room very clean and good size.
The lady who checked me in was very polite, helpful and professional
Air con and bathroom fan both a bit noisy but certainly not a major issue for me personally

Very much what you expect for the brand and for the price.

Spacious room.
Room is very dark, with only 1 narrow window facing a building there is no natural light, and very dim lighting, it was hard to see. Lack of onsite parking (having to trail 3 suitcases and a toddler 1km walk was not ideal) and no reception pull in bay.
