Easy, free parking, good view
Not their fault, but we came just a week before the racing event and it was very hard to navigate our way in and out of the vicinity. So I don’t recommend the location of the hotel during this time in GC.

The apartment was great - really spacious, well appointed and with great views of the beach. It was very helpful to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities (especially when I got soaked whale watching). The bed was comfortable. A really enjoyable stay. Really close to the tram stop which made getting around a breeze. The staff were all really helpful and friendly.
There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel (but that is true of most of the Gold Coast!) and they were getting ready for a car race so a lot of the surrounding roads were blocked off and it wasn't easy at the beginning to work out how to get to the building. Not the hotels fault and not a huge deal. The construction noise didn't bother me at any stage and was only during the day.
