Located in a charming street, lively but not too loud. Very cute apartment, clean, with everything you need. We had a great stay!
The walls are a bit thin, so we could hear our upstairs neighbors and those next to us quite loudly

I loved everything. The location is unmatched. Valeria is so easy to communicate with and helpful. She allowed us to use her storage for our bags as we were not departing Ortigia until later that day. Her replies were quick and always so friendly. The apartment has character, has every facility you could need, and I wish I could have stayed a lot longer.
Nothing. The water pressure was somewhat weak, but that is a problem for the area and not this accommodation in particular.

The communication and the Valeria's prompt answers. We had sweets and coffee..we loved our time spent there and I totally recommend the apartment and the neighborhood 🩷

The rooms are nicely decorated and Valeria was very responsive to all my questions and requests. The location in the Giudecca was quiet and a very short walk to the water and the Piazza del Duomo. I liked the local cookies and bottles of water the owners provided as a welcome.
There was no viable outdoor space and entry to the unit was through a dark, dank hallway. The damp smell sometimes permeated the unit. I was surprised to find that I had to climb a narrow, steep wooden stairway to get to the bedroom/bathroom- not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
