Tommy was the gem to this place and is why we have rated it high at 9/10, he is knowledgeable of the area, tours, restaurants and more. He was very kind, sociable and an absolute pleasure to spend time with. Whatever occurred, he was always there to help. The garden was lovely, and the location was very good.
The bamboo beds were no longer there, and the photos haven't been updated, this was a quirk that made us choose this venue. The place is cheaper accommodation, so we didn't expect it to be too fancy, but it could very much do with some modernization. Everything operated, but is becoming outdated/old and tatty (weak Aircon/appliance attachments loose, faulty shower temperature/pressure, mis-sized bed frame and the towels didn't smell nice one dampened). This place could easily be a lot better with some more maintenance done, which I hope they do.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The courtyard with its beautiful plants and its tables and chairs made it a welcoming space. The location is super close to the Kraton. There is an easy pick up or drop off point just outside for Grab or tour drivers. It was a safe area with helpful locals if you take a wrong turn.

The property is close to a lot of tourist attractions.
The room was a bit dirty when we checked-in, especially the restroom and the sink, which is outside the restroom. Lots of watermarks appear on the bathroom floor which I think is easy to remove but they did not put effort to clean the floor. No hot water from the shower and the TV has no channel at all! No sound proofing, you will hear guest talking, laughing and singing out loud from the outside.
