The staff were all amazing, from the reception to the cleaning staff, they made the stay really comfortable! We loved the decoration. Very good value for the price!

Very well furnished with wonderful attention to detail in the lovely decor . The display for Dia de Muertos was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly . The paintings and luscious plants etc were super . Great kitchen to prepare breakfasts and simple meals with a fridge , coffee maker etc

A brilliant hotel a short walk from the centre of Valladolid. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us organise a tour to Chichén Itzá, Ek Balam and a cenote, and hire a scooter to visit more cenotes.
The only criticism would be the body wash and shampoo were a bit watery but everything else was perfect!

A gorgeous hacienda stay! The courtyard is beautiful, as is the pool area at the back of the hotel. Located right next to Cenote Zaci and a 10 min walk from the main plaza. Jafet & his colleague on reception were both so helpful and gave plenty of local recommendations. Would highly recommend for a great value stay in Valladolid.
The only issue we encountered is with the room’s door. Firstly it didn’t seal properly against the frame, leaving a gap where mosquitoes could get in (and there are mosquitoes in Valladolid). Secondly, the curtains didn’t really cover the door windows so the room wasn’t as private as it should have been.
