Incredible location. Close to all major attractions of the city. The hotel itself is antic and photogenic. The room had a wonderful view on the amphitheater. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Best part was the welcoming and adorable hotel team who were responsive to all our inquiries.

Very clean, comfortable beds, great shower and goid soundproofing which was esoecially u.portant as rooms surround the circulat downstairs relaxation area where folks gather to chat and smoke shisha.
Great location overlooking the Colliseum and s short walk from the museum and old ruined Amphitheater.
Staff at aecurity and front desk were wonderful with good english spoken by most people we encountered.
Credit cards are accepted but no alcohol available. Parking was directly in front of the hotel and free.
Food in the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, both at breakfast and dinner. Waiter there said their card machine wasn't working but we paid at the front desk upon insisting.

We had a great view of the collesseum from our bedroom window, it was beautiful at sunset!
The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel was comfortable, breakfast and dinner were good and it was nice to cool off in the pool.
The location is great, right next to the train station and a short walk from the collesseum.

- Front staffs all the time provide good help. They try to specifically look into the problems I faced ad then gave me effective suggestions for my journey.
- Front staff prepared a room with amazing view of Amphithéâtre - it was a fantastic experience.
- Good location to walk around the city. Both the Amphithéâtre and National Museum are within 10 mins by foot.
- Access from Rouirge terminal which is located near the national museum is within 10 mins by foot. From El Jem railway station, it takes just 1 min.
* First of all, staying at Tunis or Sousse is more reasonable choice IF you are not interested in catching a glimpse of local peoples' lives at El Jem but only aiming to visit historical heritages at Amphithéâtre and National Museum. It is possible to conduct a one-day visit to El Jem from Tunis if you depart Tunis within the morning. The biggest reason why I write this is the aspect of cost effectiveness as well as the luggage handling. There are quantative and qualitative competitions among hotels at Tunis, needless to say. So you should compare either options for your itinerary, as some of them offer good rooms in a same or lower range of price than Julius does.
- Facilities are outdated.
- The ground floor is NOT a "smoke free", because of a restaurant who provides smoking seats. So whenever I went out from the room to the corridor, smells of cigarettes come up the atrium.
- Breakfast was not good. It offers just a limited number of food selections, at some of them did not even looked delicious. After 30 mins passed from the opening, the staff asked me "Would you like to eat omelet?" but it was late.
