Dont choose if you are traveling with kids

The property staff was really helpful, sadly couldn’t help us

When we arrived at the apartment, there was a very unpleasant smell of mould. The bed, sheets, and almost everything inside the apartment felt damp and wet. Cleaning team came and changed the sheets so thank you for that. The apartment had no windows, which meant we had to keep the door open to get some fresh air. The floor was extremely cold, so we had to walk around wearing our shoes. The worst part was that we were travelling with our 1.5-year-old baby. Because of the dampness, cold floor, and overall conditions, she had to spend almost all her time in bed or on the sofa, which was far from ideal for a family with a small child. On the second day of our stay, water started leaking through the ceiling. We cleaned it up ourselves, and the staff eventually came to fix the problem. They acknowledged that we had ended up in one of the worst apartments they had and understood how disappointing the situation was. They promised to try to move us to another apartment, but unfortunately, no alternative was provided, and we had to stay there for the entire week. Communication via WhatsApp was also disappointing. It felt as though we were talking to an AI agent rather than someone who could genuinely help us resolve the situation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially when travelling with a young child. The dampness, smell of mould, lack of windows, cold floor, and water leaking from the ceiling made the apartment uncomfortable and unsuitable for our needs. We would not choose to stay here again.

Very clean with daily cleaning service changed towels. Good location for visiting the city. Loved our little outdoor space.

In the second bedroom, the bunk beds were not very comfortable for adults. Probably ok for kids. The main door digital door lock was a problem a couple of times but we were able to gain access via the help button
