Flexible, kind, always reachable host.
Good location: shops, restaurants, public transportation, beach, port in 10-15 min.walking distance.
Cozy apartment with a little but very well equipped kitchen.
Shady garden with view.
Extras like bathroom toiletries, sunscreen, sun umberlla, beach mattress, drying rack. Coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil in te kitchen.
Squeaky sofa (bed is comfortable only the sofa is very unpleasant)

Obiekt jest położony w spokojnej okolicy z łatwym dostępem do autobusu do starego Dubrownika. Widok na port z tarasu niezapomniany. Gospodarze serdeczni i pomocni. Czysto i wygodnie.

Our introduction to Dubrovnik started with these apartments. We stayed there from April 25, 2026 to April 28, 2026.
First of all, the check-in organization was precise and step‑by‑step. We had a late flight arriving at 11:55 PM and a 30‑minute drive to the apartment — we got there and checked in without any issues at all. Moreover, Mr. Daniel took all our wishes into account. Huge thanks to him for his care and hospitality.
The apartments match the description 100%: they are clean, cozy, small, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The terrace is a whole magical story — morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, and the view is just fairytale‑like, worth any luxury huge apartment!
In short — I already 100% know where I will stay when I come back to Dubrovnik!
One thing to keep in mind: there are a few steps leading up to the apartment along a narrow pedestrian walkway. But it's not a problem — the view from the terrace is absolutely worth it. Besides, all of Dubrovnik is like that, so you just need to be prepared for it!
Знакомство с Дубровником у нас началось с этих апартаментов. Мы проживали в них с 25.04.2026 по 28.04.2026. Во-первых, сама организация заселения: точная, пошаговая. У нас был поздний прилет в 23:55и 30 минут езды до апартаментов, мы доехали и заселились без всяких проблем. Более того, господин Даниель учел все пожелания. Огромное ему спасибо за заботу и гостеприимство. Апартаменты на 100% соответствуют описанию: они – чистые, уютные, небольшие, имеют все необходимое для проживания для комфортного проживания. Терраса– это отдельная волшебная история для утреннего кофе и вечернего бокальчика вина - вид с нее просто сказочный и стоит любых люксовых огромных апартаментов! В общем – место остановится в Дубровнике у меня уже 100% есть! Нужно учесть, что имеется небольшое количество ступеней к ним по узкой прогулочке. Но это – не проблема и вид с террасы того стоит! Тем более, весть Дубровник такой и к этому нужно быть готовым!

Posizione ottima e appartamento dotato di diversi comfort tra cui aria condizionata m, fondamentale visto il clima
Nella stanza erano presenti diversi insetti e ragnatele, che è normale se si considera che è un a piano terra con giardino. Quello che proprio però mi ha disturbata (per una mia fobia) è stata la presenza di formiche rosse nell’appartamento concentrate tra cucina e bagno
