We loved the location it was walkable to everywhere. And near the Vatican. The rooms and shower work well.
We had a great stay. Thank you
Just a bit apprehensive we we arrived the property and seeing few more rooms and sharing kitchen. But at the end we didn’t see anyone and kitchen hasn’t been used and a people in the other room was quite.

The location is very nice and we enjoyed the balcony. The room is really spacious.
It is a bit noisy, you can here people from other rooms bit nothing to bad. There is mold in the Bathroom. Check in was little bit inconvinient, we had to call the owner twice in the middle of the night because we landed late. Self check in would be greatly appriciated in these circumstances. They are cleaning your room every day which is nice but we would like to have do not disturb sign option.

It was a good location, easy walk to Vatican City
When we arrived Saturday evening , we were welcomed nicely.
After that we never saw anyone again.
On the Sunday our room was not cleaned and we never saw a staff member. When we went out Monday morning we saw no one. I sent a message asking if the room could be cleaned. I got no reply but when we came back the room was clean. On Tuesday morning we checked out. I really expected someone to be around or at least to contact us. But I heard or saw no one. So we ended up just leaving the keys on a table and left.
The room was basic but clean upon arrival. The cleaning on Monday was mediocre; the bathroom floor was not cleaned.
The room served its purpose and the location is good, but I won’t be coming back there if I visit Rome again.
