Very good localization, close to city center and close to vaporetto station, just few minutes walk. Also close to some stores and nice restaurants. Apartment is maybe not very new and stylish but the furnishing is decent, beds are comfy and overall is clean and contains everything you need for short stay.
It’s a bit old and might benefit from small renewal. No balcony where you can sit down in the evening but we knew it in advance. Host is also not very responsive and I had some problems to contact him and get some answers. It was also not clear how the waste removal works, everyday someone was ringing the doorbell early morning and we didn’t know why, only last day we realised this is for waste collection but we didn’t even know what is the schedule.
