Location
Parking entry and exit using the swipe access card did not work and ringing the bell was t bit hit and miss. I was allocated a room on the second floor and the lift had construction padding or something that was very dodgy. As a woman solo traveller I felt a bit uneasy.

Modern and clean. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable
Customer service was below average. Reception staff were not welcoming, barely spoke a word, no front service manner.
