Very friendly and helpful receptionist/manager. The location was ideal for a short 20 min walk to Hagley Park South for the cricket, and central City. The room had Mysky so we were able to record and catch up on several key sports events over the weekend. The room was a good size and very clean.
The mattress had a bit of a roll together, so may be ready for replacing. The roadworks right outside were inconvenient, in terms of full access, but that's not the motel's fault.

Honestly I think they could do with updating the beds.
