Great location and common facilities; bar, pool and breakfast and beach service. Basic room

The location of the property is amazing, it’s right on the beach and walking distance to the main street. The hotel common area facilities; pool, bar and breakfast are also really good. Our room had a lovely balcony for drinks and playing games.

There is a bar across from the hotel that plays music every night from 11pm-3am. This was clearly audible in our room. Bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning/ updating. The water runs out at peak use times and water will suddenly stop flowing in the shower (hot water will also run out at these times). House keeping & linen change only occurs upon request. Hairdryers are shared and need to be collected/returned to reception each day. Our specific room (penthouse) had extremely low ceilings so good to be aware of this.

Clean and tidy in the heart of town.

The apartments are close to the beach and the heart of Pipa. The Breaky was on R35 each and good quality. The staff were helpful on the front desk with booking and recommending tours.

There is a night club close by that plays loud music until 3am every night!
