Hotel clean, lovely breakfast to fill you up for a day of sightseeing, metro line 13 outside the front door and in a quiet residential area. Room with a view of the Eiffel Tower a little bonus.
The windows didn’t open and could have done with some fresh air rather than relying on air conditioning.

So close to the metro
There was a car hovering outside for ages at night blasting music as it was on a main road.

Location and friendly staff
Room facilities, no hand basin in toilet, no cups for tea or coffee, no milk, supply of tea and coffee no adequate. TV on pedestal no safe as I knocked my feet on it.
